What it looks like
Small, semi-open "holes" that look like enlarged stitches rather than true eyelets, since no needle is emptied. A subtle textured openwork.
How it behaves
Close to stockinette in width; soft.
How it works
On lace carriages with a lace selecting/changer lever, the F position moves a stitch to the neighbour while the original needle still holds it, so a stretched loop forms instead of a hole.
Machines
KH-830 L carriage (N/F lever, service manual), KH-881, KH-891. KH-821: not described, likely not possible. [inference]
Charting
As transfer lace, marked "F".
Limits and common problems
Needs a machine-specific lever.
Combines with
transfer lace on the same card (switching N/F).
