Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep Pro, including exports added later.
How many devices?
One licence key works on up to 3 devices or browsers. Enter the key once on each.
Where are my swatches stored?
In your own browser, on your device. We never see them. Use Export all on the swatch page to keep a backup.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Who processes the payment?
Creem, our merchant of record. It handles the payment, tax and receipt.
Do I need an account?
No. Pro works with a licence key, shown after payment and in your receipt email. Lost it? Sign in to the Creem customer portal (creem.io/my-orders) with the email you paid with.
